At BeautyDrop, we do our utmost to ensure you're satisfied with your order. However, you may still want to return a product. Below, you can read how our returns and refunds policy works.

⏳ 1. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you then have 14 days to return the product.

📦 2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must:

• Unused and undamaged
• If reasonably possible, in the original packaging
• To be returned complete

Please note: for hygienic reasons, used cosmetics and care products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

🚫 3. Exceptions

The following products are excluded from returns:

• Opened or used cosmetics
• Products that are made or customized especially for you
• Gift cards

Want to return a product? Follow these steps:

• Register your return with us within 14 days of receipt.
• Pack the product carefully to avoid transport damage.
• Please send the package to the return address below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Once we have received and checked your return in good order:

• Will you receive the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs)?
• The amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method

If the product is received damaged or used, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value.

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible. Include clear photos so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
